2) Will the gold plating wear off?
Our 22K gold plating is durable and does not wear off easily.
To extend its life, we recommend keeping the jewellery away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

3) Is there a warranty on the gold plating?
Yes. We offer a 1-year complimentary replating warranty.
Within this period, we will replate your jewellery at no additional cost. After one year, we continue to support replating at minimal charges (typically a few hundred rupees for lightweight pieces).

4) Can I customise the mangalsutra length?
Yes, we offer length customisation for our mangalsutras. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp with:

All customised orders must be fully prepaid and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
